Moving through loss, grief and trauma workshop
Workshop schedule
Thursday, Night-Sunday, Morning
Arrive on Thursday afternoon after 3 pm. We will begin after dinner. The workshop ends on Sunday morning.
Camp Agape is about 45 minutes from the Raleigh-Durham airport and Montreat is about 30 minutes from the Asheville airport.
Cost
Total cost for the workshop (either one) is $795. That includes all meals from Thursday dinner through Sunday breakfast, lodging, and the workshop. You can reserve your spot with a deposit of $295.
For the spring workshop, balance is due by March 20, 2024
We are pleased to offer you multiple ways to pay.
You may pay in full either through the website or by check. Or, you may choose to pay in 1, 2, or 4 additional payments..
Option A: One payment of $500.00 (After deposit)
Option B: Two monthly payments of $250.00 (After deposit)
Option C: Four monthly payments of $125.00 (After deposit)

We have never turned anyone away because of finances. If you do not see an alternative that works for you or you are interested in scholarship help, please contact myow4@triad.rr.com and we’ll talk about it.
Dining Options
All meals will be served buffet style in the site’s dining room.
We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free diets. Special diet requests must be made with your registration form. If you do not tell us, we cannot promise that it will be available.
We want you to have what you need. Please let us know.
If you have a special diet outside of those three, please bring the food that you need. We have limited refrigerator space and a microwave.
Rooms
For both workshops, most of the rooms are two-room suites with a connecting bathroom. A limited number of single room are available and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Please request a single room on your registration form.
